Green School Pack

I can’t even believe I’m writing about this today.  Especially on this gorgeous summer morning still early July.  The reality is harsh.

In just over a month, my kids go back to school.

Summerfests aren’t over- some haven’t even begun.  Weeks before Labor Day my kids will be sitting in classrooms. It just doesn’t feel right.

But, when I opened the newspaper this weekend, there they were, staring at me… back to school supplies.

It’s interesting that we’re conscious about preservatives, artificial colors, and fake sugars in our foods.  We avoid phthalates, toluene, and parabens in our skin care. But, little thought goes into supplies our kids use daily.

Highlighters for a penny? Better stock up. But how much in health care and allergy pills will those one cent chemical sticks end up costing?

I know for certain that I don’t want to spend our last four weeks driving around finding supplies, so enjoy the weather, and check off your school supply list with our Green School Supply Pack.

Eco-friendly set includes (2) 100% recycled two-pocket folders,  (2) eco-pencils made from recycled bamboo paper, Coccoina non-toxic glues stick, Maped natural eraser, 24 pk.
