4 ways to boost mental health, for under $5!

Some mornings I feel like my brain is covered in the same frost as my yard.

Holiday time sends a compulsive list maker (like myself!) into complete overdrive. Pretty soon I’ll need to add “keep track of lists” to my to-do list!

  1. Chew Gum:  Yep, chewing gum can help boost your memory.  The act of chewing stimulates the hippocampus (part of the brain responsible for memory!), and by increasing the heart rate, chewing gum also helps deliver fresh blood and oxygen to the brain.
