They’re here!

One of the best parts of the holidays is time spent with family and friends.

Some are fortunate to have out-of-town guests stay for a visit. To me, that seems like an extended slumber party! But, with family living close by, generally no one spends the night.

Whether opening your home to family/friends for an extended stay is fabulous, or merely tolerated, helping guests feel at home is important (or may help them retire to their rooms early if that’s your goal!).

Little touches can put necessities at their fingertips, and leave you time for another hot toddy.

Heart Soap: Opening a full bar of soap for a short visit is pretty wasteful. Organic heart soaps are the perfect size for a long weekend (extended stay? try our 1/2 bars). Placed atop their towels, it’s a “heartfelt” touch! $2.25

Organic Chocolate: My favorite part of staying in a hotel is turn-down service! From schloops in Boston, to Pop Rocks in Chicago, it’s always a nice surprise. Add a little fun to your guest room with our organic chocolate squares. Bite size delicousness of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, mint, or cranberry/almond. $0.50

Green Envee Organic Lotion: Guests flying in from out of town? Air travel can be extremely drying for the skin, help them remoisturize with fabulously scented (with pure essential oils, of course) lotion. They won’t be able to use dry skin as excuse for not helping out with the kids and cooking! $16.00

Banana Paper Notebook: One thing is for sure, when family and friends get together, memories are created. Help them remember hilarious stories, festive outings, and memorable phrases. Jot everything down in the banana paper notebook, add a couple pictures and voila! instant scrapbook. $4.00
