Tree-free paper

Approximately 4 billion trees are cut down each year to manufacture paper.  From paper plates, to wrapping paper, to school/office supplies- we’re losing trees faster than they can regrow.  According to the EPA, paper mills in the USA are also one of the biggest polluters of our air, water, and soil.  Fantastic.

Though it’s hard to completely eliminate paper entirely from our lives, there are some easy switches to help reduce our use.

Quickest change? Switch to tree-free paper with our Banana Paper products! Loose-leaf filler paper, journals, and notebooks are all created without chopping a single tree!
Banana paper is made with a combination of banana leaf fibers and post-consumer-waste paper: it is 100% recycled, 100% acid-free, and 100% chlorine-free.

Another great eco-friendly option for your “post-it” addiction is the Redi-Tag Recycled notepad.
What separates these sticky-pads from the rest on the bunch is that they’re made from 100% recycled paper and they use a water-based adhesive, so they’re actually recyclable!

Daily Green Special: Receive a free banana-paper journal with your $25 purchase! Just write “tree-free” in the checkout notes and we’ll add the journal to your order. Offer valid until tomorrow’s post. Happy Monday!
